Terms of service

  1. By using the Service, you affirm that you are either over 18 years of age or in possession of permission to use the Service issued by a legal parent or guardian.
  2. In any case, you represent that you are over the age of 13. This Service is NOT intended for children under the age of 14. If you are under the age of 14, do NOT use this service.
  3. These Terms of Service shall be governed by in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland.
  4. You may not use the Service to engage in any activity that violates laws of the State of Maryland or with the intent to commit any such activities.
  5. You may not use the Service to engage in any activity that violates laws in your jurisdiction or with the intent to commit any such violations.
  6. You may not use the Service to transmit nudity, obscene or pornographic images, or any other sexually-explicit material.
  7. You may not use the Service to post and/or transmit content that may threaten or may cause injury to or harm other users of the Service.

    2. the unavailability or interruption of the Site or any features thereof,
    3. your use of the Site
    4. the content contained on the Site
  16. The Company owns any and all intellectual property rights to any protectable part of the Service.
