Tenure-Track Assistant Professor
theoretical high energy physics
The Department of Physics at Oklahoma State University invites applications for a tenure track assistant professor position in theoretical high energy physics. We encourage candidates with a proven track record of research in all areas of particle physics phenomenology within and beyond the Standard Model to apply. We especially encourage applications from candidates who can strengthen and complement the existing research program in high energy theory. The high energy physics group at Oklahoma State University consists of two theoreticians, three experimentalists, several postdocs, and numerous students. The theorists work closely with the experimentalists, who are actively involved in the ATLAS experiment. The successful candidate is expected to attract extramural research funding, publish scholarly articles, and teach effectively at both the graduate and undergraduate levels.
Tip: To strengthen your application consider posting a video-summary of your most exciting research.
